Back Exercises

Upper Back Row with Theraband:
*Loop the resistance band around a pole and sit in chair
*Ensure the band is taught when arms are straightened
*With good posture, draw arms back with elbows in
*Squeeze shoulder blades together at the end of the range of motion for 1-2 seconds before resisting the band back.
*Control the exercise back for 2 seconds and forward for 2 seconds.
*Repeat 10-15 times or till the upper back muscles are fatigued
*If you can perform more than 15 repetitions, increase the weight by going slower or moving the chair back and lengthening the band.
*Rest for 1 minute after the set and repeat 2 or 3 more repetitions.
