Before You Start Your Home Workout Plan....
It is always important to talk to your doctor before starting a home workout plan. This is even more important if any of the following apply to your current medical condition:
• pain, heaviness or pressure in the chest, jaw/throat,
down arms or between shoulder blades
• shortness of breath
• a diagnosed heart condition
• joint and/or bone problems
• currently taking cardiac and/or blood pressure meds
• have not previously been physically active
• dizziness
If one or more of the statements listed above applies for you, see your doctor. Further pre-screening such as an exercise stress test may be useful to rule out any underlying chronic conditions. This would ensure a safe home workout program with very little risk of injury or health complications.

If you have not been affected by any of the above, you may start slowly and gradually progress over time....
